The educational personnel of the Secondary School, before projecting effectively their hours and their integrity are preoccupied firstly by the identification and preparing in accordance to the targets and specific objectives to a discipline with the contents and level of knowledge of students. The system of the means of learning represent an important part of the teaching strategy. These have a value of pedagogic tools that are interfaced between the science’s logics + student logics and that intensify and optimize educational communications teacher – student. As far as this is concerned the next criteria are to be followed:

• Curriculum based on National, approved by Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of Republic of Moldova;
• Intensive studying of foreign languages: English – 3 h per week, Turkish – 2h per week, German – 2/3h per week;
• Professional teachers which can be a model for every student, good specialists with experienced in Private Education, open to something new.
• Academic personal takes part annually at courses of development organized by our school and GDYSE;
• Informing parents every single day about tests results, absences notes of teachers through educational platform Myeducare;
• Intensive preparation for all kinds of Olympiads, contests (national and international) like school Olympiad “International Comper Contests”. The excellence contest in foreign languages of Cambridge etc.;
• Extracurricular activities according to all ages;
• Hours of clubs, circles according to students’ wishes and capacities;
• Services of heaving meals (1 times/ day) according to all standards established by the ANSA.3
